IST Outage Reported IT Enterprise Systems

IST will be applying routine operational and security updates to IT systems Monday, Mar. 25th, from 1am to 7am. During this critical activity, many enterprise IT services (e.g. Banner, DegreeWorks, TouchNet, Infosilem) will be unavailable. Webmail, Canvas, network access and telephone service will not be affected. If you encounter any issues after 7am Monday please report them to the IST Service Desk at 973-596-2900 or https://servicedesk.njit.edu.
