IST Outage Reported IT Enterprise Systems

IST will be applying routine operational and security updates to IT systems from 10pm Saturday, Aug. 5th, through 4am, Sunday, Aug. 6th. During this critical activity, many enterprise IT services (e.g. Banner, DegreeWorks, TouchNet, Infosilem) will be unavailable. Webmail and Canvas will be available throughout most of this maintenance window, however, you may experience intermittent interruptions. Network access and telephone service will not be affected. If you encounter any issues after 4am on Sunday please report them to the IST Service Desk at 973-596-2900 or https://servicedesk.njit.edu.
