IST Outage Reported ServiceDesk

Currently users who contact 2900 will not get through to the Service Desk. We are aware of the issue and are actively working with the vendor to resolve. We do not have an ETA at this time but will update here once we do. We are sorry for the inconvience, in the mean time you can still log a ticket with the Service Desk by going to help.njit.edu or emailing us at servicedesk@njit.edu.
