Service Restored 3/19 8:22pm. Power failure – Network down – Colton, Campbell, Specht, Weston, EDC, CHEN 3/19 5:31 pm

Power was restored on March 19 at 8:22pm. On Saturday March 19 at approximately 5:31pm there was a power failure in Colton Hall, Campbell Hall, Weston Hall and Specht. Service Restored – Internet Performance 3/7/16 2:45pm-6:45pm

On Monday March 7, 2016 at approximately 2:45pm – 6:45pm,  NJIT’s usable Internet bandwidth was reduced due to a hardware failure. Typical web surfing was not impacted but video applications may have seen a performance degradation. Service was restored at 6:45pm. Info: IST Helpdesk 973-596-2900

Wireless network authentication

On Thursday February 4, 2016, wireless and Warren Street Village network authentication may have been intermittent for some areas of campus.  Full service was restored at 10pm.   NJITsecure wireless  users may  need to re-authenticate.  If prompted with a certificate warning message when authenticating,  click “trust”.
