On Friday March 18th 2022 from 9pm – 11:30pm, Unified Communications and Networking department will be performing maintenance on Unified Communications Phone system servers. All of the services provided by these servers are redundant and the end user should not see any interruption to the phone service. Update: Webex audio issue was resolved at approximately 3:40 pm, March 25. Starting at about 2:40 pm, March 25, we have observed problems with Webex voice over IP (VOIP) audio. Incoming Telephone Service Outage 9/18/19 11:30pm – 9/19/19 6:15am
On Wednesday night September 18 at 11:30pm incoming telephone service to office telephones was unavailable. Service was restored on Thursday morning September 19 at 6:15am. Outgoing calls, internal calls and incoming emergency calls were not impacted and were working normally.
GITC 4th floor intermittent network connectivity 4/22/2019

Central Avenue Building – Emergency Network Maintenance – 04/04 @6AM
On Thursday April 4th, 2019 between 6AM and 6:30AM we will be performing emergency maintenance on the network equipment servicing Central Avenue Building.
