Unified Communications Phone System Maintenance – Friday March 18th 2022

On Friday March 18th 2022 from 9pm – 11:30pm, Unified Communications and Networking department will be performing maintenance on Unified Communications Phone system servers.  All of the services provided by these servers are redundant and the end user should not see any interruption to the phone service. Cisco Jabber Phone Maintenance – Friday, April 30th 9:00pm – Saturday, May 1st, 2021

Starting on Friday April 30th, 2021 9:00pm, to 11:59pm Saturday, May 1st, 2021  CST will upgrade the hardware supporting the Cisco Jabber phone service. The Jabber service is redundant and your mobile device or PC may see an outage for a few seconds during this maintenance period. The maintenance will not impact office telephones. Service Restored 8/8/2018 at 3:50pm: Analog telephone service outage

Service was restored on Wednesday August 8, 2018 at 3:50pm.
