Cisco will be applying updates to NJIT’s Webex Data Center from 10 pm Friday, April 16th, to 3 am, Sunday, April 18th, 2021. During this maintenance period, Webex video conferencing will continue to work. On Saturday April 18, 2020 WebEx will be undergoing Emergency Maintenance between 10pm and 3am EST. During this time it is recommended not to host any meetings since users joining after this time will not be in the same session and will not have two way voice and presentation communication.
At around 4:15 pm on 4/16/2020 WebEx began to experience intermittent issues. We are aware of this and are working with the vendor to rectify the issue. We will update this post with more information as it becomes available.
