Update: As of 3:00 AM Turnitin service has been restored. Original Message: At this time instructors and students using Turnitin within Moodle may experience a degradation of service. Turnitin is working on the issue and will update when the issue is resolved.

Moodle Downtime
On Thursday Feb. 14th from 12:30 AM to 2:30 AM Moodle will be undergoing an update. During this time Moodle may not be available.
Moodle Service Restored
Update 6:50 PM: Moodle service has now been restored. Any questions please contact the IST Service Desk. Original Message: Moodle is currently experiencing a service interruption. NJIT is working with their provider to resolve this issue. An update will be given once the problem is resolved.
Moodle Scheduled Downtime
On Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 3:30 AM to 4:30 AM Moodle will be down for scheduled maintenance. During this time Moodle will be unavailable.

Recording in WebEx Currently Unavailable
Update: As of 8:30 am recording on WebEx was restored. ———————————————————————————————————————————- At this time recording a meeting in WebEx is not available. NJIT is working with our provider to resolve this issue. As a temporary solution users can try Kaltura CaptureSpace (http://mediaspace.njit.edu) to record over a WebEx meeting.
Resolved: Media Gallery Videos May Not Play in Moodle
7:50 PM Update: The issue is now resolved and media should be restored. Original Message: There is currently an issue where some videos in Moodle may not play in the Media Gallery. NJIT is currently working with our provider to resolve this issue.

Update 9/20 8:00 AM: Maintenance is completed. On Thursday Sept. 20th from 12:30 AM to 2:30 AM Moodle will be undergoing an update. During this time Moodle may not be available.
Moodle Rosters Updated
Update: As of 3:00 PM the rosters in Moodle have updated and should now be accurate. Original Message: At this time some users may experience being added to courses they have previously dropped in Moodle. NJIT is working on this issue and will update when resolved.
