Scheduled Outage Enterprise IT Services

Saturday, December 11th – Sunday, December 12th, 2021

IST will be applying operational, security, and hardware updates to several systems from 9pm Saturday, December 11, to 11am Sunday, December 12th, 2021. During this critical activity, many enterprise IT services (e.g. Banner, DegreeWorks, TouchNet, Infosilem) will be unavailable. Webmail and Canvas will be available throughout most of this maintenance window, however, you may experience intermittent interruptions. Network access and telephone service will not be affected.

If you encounter any issues after 11am on Sunday please report them to the IST Service Desk at 973-596-2900 or https://servicedesk.njit.edu.
