NJIT is working with our provider to resolve this issue. As a temporary solution users can try Kaltura CaptureSpace (http://mediaspace.njit.edu) to record over a WebEx meeting.
No service outage was experienced. A new Internet connection service will be installed on Monday, October 5th, 2018 between 6:30 and 6:45 AM.
