UPDATE: A problem with the IST Service Desk’s phone lines was resolved at approximately 1 pm. Between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm users may have been unable to connect to 973-596-2900 or 877-889-7685. Between 11:00 AM and 7 PM on July 10th Turnitin will be down for software maintenance. During this time users will be unable to submit Turnitin assignments in Moodle.
