11:44am Update: We have narrowed the problem down to a routing issue at one of NJIT’s internet service providers (ISP). We are working with their support staff to resolve the issue. We have temporarily disabled this ISP to work around the routing issue. Normal internet communication is now restored.
2:30pm Update: All connectivity has been normal since the last update. We continue to work with the ISP on final resolution. This will be the last update unless there are further issues.
