On Sunday, January 8, 2017 at 5AM – 7AM, maintenance will be performed on the Highlander Pipeline portal. During the system maintenance window, access to Banner Student Self Service, Faculty Self Service, Employee Self Service, Internet Native Banner (INB), Job submission, and other portal services will be unavailable. Included in this maintenance, between 5AM and 5:10AM, there will be a Webauth Authentication Service outage for Webmail, Moodle, 25 Live Event Management, Banner XE registration, and other services listed at http://ist.njit.edu/webauth
The 10pm – 1am Datacenter maintenance has been completed:
On Saturday, January 7, 2017 10pm – Sunday January 8, 2017 1am, data center network maintenance will be performed. Access to NJIT’s websites, services (i.e. Moodle, Webmail, Banner, wireless, VPN), servers will be intermittent or unavailable. This will impact all server access, with the exception of the main NJIT website, from both on and off-campus. Telephone service will not be impacted.
