RELAY USERS NOTE – MANDATORY CLIENT UPGRADE

Due to the recent maintenance and upgrade, the pre-existing Relay client is no longer active and the new client needs to be installed.

Go to:  relay.njit.edu and enter your UCID & PW.  In the upper grey bar, look for ‘Client Downloads’.  Select that to choose the version appropriate for your machine: Windows, which comes up first or click the MAC option directly below the Download button (USB is for special use cases).  Download and install.  New version will overwrite the old one.
