NJIT Internet Connection Down

NJIT lost outgoing connectivity to the Internet today at approximately 8:45 AM. Off campus connectivity to NJIT services was not impacted.

Outgoing connectivity was restored using a backup connection at approximately 9:05 AM.

NJIT lost its connection to its primary ISP, this loss in connectivity may have been related to power issues in Newark. The issue was identified by our provider and full connectivity was restored by 9:20 AM
