Intermittent Banner services outage – January 2, 2012
On Sunday, January 2, 2012 beginning at 9pm Banner services (Student, Finance and Human Resources systems, including Internet Native Banner, Banner Self-service, job submission, and Appwor) were intermittently unavailable due to emergency maintenance. All Banner services were restored by 11pm.

It appears that paying Tuition thru E-Check is still having issues. When I enter for what Term and the amount I want to pay, a new window opens up for where I would enter my bank routing info etc. However, the page/screen is completely blank. Is there someone from technical support that I can talk with? I’d rather not send a check by mail….
Andrew: please call the NJIT Help Desk at 973-596-2900 so we can log your incident and get it routed to the right people. It might even be something Help Desk can help resolve with you over the phone (web browser cache, etc). Thanks.
